The GPC goals are to facilitate and to (re)direct knowledge, expertise and networks to the right persons or groups. Strictly spoken, we do not believe in the perpetual subsidizing of programmes or projects, but we are not against it if it helps people to move on to another level on their road to a form of self-efficacy. The reason why is because it can create dependency and obstruct the creativity. People need to be aware of and/or discover their talents, they need to see and believe that there is a way out and must be personally willing to take steps to achieve their dreams!
